Well, unless she didn’t have that power—I’ve never been entirely clear on how the Silver Crystal was passed from one generation to the next. Was it passed to Chibi-Usa when she was born, thus it wasn’t really Usagi’s anymore? I’m just… really not clear on that part. orz
In the manga, Chibiusa’s Ginzuishou evolves into the Pink Moon Crystal, her very own.
Also, while in the anime it’s pretty clear that the Crystal Chibiusa uses is the Ginzuishou, but in the manga, it seems different entirely.
After Chibiusa cries and her tear turns into the Ginzuishou, we see Sailor Venus still holding the Ginzuishou Chibiusa brought from the future;
This, along with Usagi’s statements to Nehelenia that power is BORN, not TAKEN, leads me to believe that Chibiusa’s Crystal was birthed from HERSELF.
